CYS Services is a network of systems and programs through which Fort Meade provides quality child and youth development options. These programs reduce the conflict between parental responsibilities and unit mission requirements, support readiness and contribute to the quality of life of families.
Eligibility
Registration is currently free under the Army Family Covenant.
Army Family Covenant Benefits for Army Service Members, DoD Civilians and their Families assigned to Fort Meade.
Benefit eligibility depends on mission category:
- Mission Level I: Deployed Service members or Department of the Army Civilians (DACs) (includes 30 days before and 90 days after return)
- Mission Level II: Unaccompanied Permanent or temporary change of station TDY (90-179 days)
- Mission Level III: Rear Detachment Cadre
- Families of Wounded Soldiers
- Families of Fallen Soldiers

- Required by all patrons - CYS Services SNAP Seizure Medical Action Plan
- CYS Services SNAP Diabetes Medical Action Plan
- CYS Services SNAP Allergy Medical Acton Plan
- CYS Services SNAP Respiratory Medical Action Plan
- CYS Services Special Diet Statement
Bring the following
- All forms completed
